About Karlo Kervalishvili
Mr. Karlo Kervalishvili occupies the position of the Director of LEPL College Modus His role is to manage, develop and increase the performance of vocational college as well as represent the vocational college at the meetings on policy discussion along with Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and VET sector stakeholders.
After gaining international experience in Japan, Germany and USA, in 2018 Mr. Kervalishvili held the position of VET institutions Authorization Board Chair.
Mr. Karlo Kervalishvili has LLM degree in international law earned at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA).
Mr. Kervalishvili has diverse professional background – In 2013-2014 he was appointed as the Head of Administration of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
In 2017-2018 Mr.Kervalishvili was a coordinator at Georgian Technical Training Center (GTTC) who represents the joint project of Georgian Technical University (GTU) and BP Georgia, aimed at improving vocational education through offering vocational programs concerned with demands of modern market. During his work in GTTC project 4 vocational educational programs have been developed.
From 2016 to 2017 Mr. Kervalishvili was Director of LLC Sustainable Development and Certification (SDC) Group, which covered consulting, implementing and certification of companies with internationally recognized standards like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. As a Director, Mr. Kervalishvili was in charge of implementing quality management system. Also, in 2014 he got Bureau Veritas Certificate (Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor IRCA registered training course).
